Please check the Latex Care page for more information. The information there should guide you to your right size. Send me a detailed description (preferably with pictures) about what you would like and I will let you know what all the possibilities are.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”How do I get in to my latex pieces?”][vc_column_text]The latex pieces are prepared with talcum powder (100% talc, not baby powder) before shipping. Talc will help you ‘slide’ into the latex. You can also wash you item first and use a silicone based lubricant on the inside of your item or wash your item with a shine agent (like Vivishine). Be patient. This will just take a little practise.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”Is it possible to get an item in a different colour?”][vc_column_text]Yes, that is possible. Feel free to contact me about available colours. It is also possible to change the length of an item or make other adjustments. Let me know what your preferences are.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”Do you make menswear as well?”][vc_column_text]It might not be displayed a lot on the website or in my Etsy store, but I definitely do make menswear. More information about delivery, you’ll find here.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”How is the latex being shipped?”][vc_column_text]Your latex items will be shipped with tracking information (you will receive this via e-mail) in a neutral box or envelope, depending on size and destination. The items are powdered with talcum powder. Do you want your item to shine when you wear it? I recommend washing your item and treating it with a shine agent (like silicone based lubricant or Vivishine).
I am not responsible for orders that are lost during shipping and I do not replace / reimburse them. If you have provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, I am not responsible for tracing the package and you will not be compensated for loss or delivery at an incorrect address.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”How long does it take before I receive my order?”][vc_column_text]Most items from Odd Territory are carefully made-to-order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for despatch. I always try to have it done sooner.
For items that were already made, like sample sales, please allow up to 3 days for despatch.
If there is a delay you will be informed as soon as possible.
Shipping time varies from 2 days (in The Netherlands) up to 2-3 weeks (outside of Europe). I can not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.[/vc_column_text][/edge_accordion_tab][edge_accordion_tab title=”Do you accept returns?”][vc_column_text]As most pieces are made-to-order and because latex is an hygiene product, unfortunately I do not offer returns or refunds. So please get in touch if you have any questions (before ordering) or if you are unsatisfied. I will try to help you with your purchase wherever I can. Orders and payments through Etsy are preferred, but feel free to contact me if that doesn’t work for you.
