Orders and payments through Etsy are preferred, but feel free to contact me if that doesn’t work for you. I’ll happily set up an order through e-mail and Paypal.

If you need something on a specific date and/or faster than within 4-6 weeks: message me for the possibilities.

I am based in the Netherlands and I offer worldwide delivery.
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any and all customs charges or duty taxes resulting from their order.

Shipping costs depend on the shipping address. When selecting the destination, the shipping amount will be added to your shopping cart.

Most items from Odd Territory are carefully made-to-order, so please allow up to 4 weeks for despatch. I always try to have it done sooner.
For items that were already made, like sample sales, please allow up to 3 days for despatch.
If there is a delay you will be informed as soon as possible.

Shipping time varies from 2 days (in The Netherlands) up to 2-3 weeks (outside of Europe). I can not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.

Every item gets powdered with talcum powder (100% talc) before shipping.

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging and tracking information will be sent via e-mail within 24 hours of shipment.

I am not responsible for orders that are lost during shipping and I do not replace / reimburse them. If you have provided an incorrect address at the time of ordering, I am not responsible for tracing the package and you will not be compensated for loss or delivery at an incorrect address.

As most pieces are made-to-order and because latex is an hygiene product, unfortunately I do not offer returns or refunds. So please get in touch if you have any questions or if you are unsatisfied. I will try to help you with your purchase wherever I can. More information about latex sizing you can find here.

In the exceptional case that a return is accepted, the shipping costs will be for the customer. If the item is not returned in its original state, then the customer is responsible for the reduction in value. This will be charged to the customer.

Caution: I’m not accountable for any fit issue that arises due to improperly taken measurements. If an error has been made on the production end, I may alter your existing item to give you the desired fit. I encourage all my customers to familiarize themselves with my Latex Care instructions as I’m not liable for any poorly handled or mistreated latex items.
